Jenn has over a decade of experience in all aspects of management-side employment law. She defends companies in lawsuits involving various employment claims, including discrimination, harassment, wage-hour matters and breach of contract. She also helps clients enforce or defend against non-competition agreements. Apart from litigation, Jenn counsels employers on a variety of personnel matters, including hiring, employee discipline, termination, investigations, leaves of absence, employment policies, reductions in force and compliance with wage-hour laws.
Prior to joining Bello / Welsh, Jenn was a member of the Labor and Employment group at Goulston & Storrs, a large Boston-based law firm. Jenn graduated magna cum laude from Harvard Law School and summa cum laude from Harvard College.
Jenn is co-chair of the Employment Issues Committee of the Women’s Bar Association of Massachusetts and a member of the ad hoc committee tasked with proposing draft sexual harassment regulations to the Massachusetts Commission Against Discrimination. In 2014-2016, Jenn was selected for inclusion in New England Super Lawyers, after five years of selection to the Massachusetts Super Lawyers Rising Stars list. Jenn was also honored by Massachusetts Lawyers Weekly as one of the “Top Women of Law” for 2014.
