Featured Case Study

The Problem:
A start-up company that was ramping up operations and hiring for a number of positions had little understanding of the complexities of applicable employment laws.

The Solution:
We quickly put together a complete start-up package, that included template forms (offer letter, confidentiality and non-disclosure agreement, non-compete agreement, and the like), easy-to-understand wage & hour guidance, and other important documents and information.

The start-up company was able to protect its technology, hire new, properly-classified and properly-paid workers, then quickly turn back to its core business.
